Mental Health Today (A Matt Howe Tribute) & Worldmaker International are partnering to provide a series of six community-based resilience workshops in 2022 using the THRIVE Resilience Model™, Worldmaker’s time-tested framework that helps people prepare for, adapt to and grow through adversity.

WHAT:
A fun workshop for people of all ages! Let’s come together to fuel the power of purpose and hope in our lives. We will help you clarify your personal values, set goals, and learn tips for persevering through setbacks. Stay after the event to socialize and make a personalized My Intent bracelet or bookmark with your compass word as a powerful reminder of your unique path forward!
WHO:
All Allamakee County residents are welcome.
Co-Hosts: Rachelle Howe, MHT, and Dr. Mollie Marti, Worldmaker.
Lead Facilitator: Barb Smed, certified THRIVE instructor and My Intent®️ facilitator. This workshop uses Worldmaker’s THRIVE Resilience Model™️, a proven framework that helps people prepare for, adapt to, and grow through adversity.

The choice is yours! You pick what time and location work best for you. We are offering the same event three separate times throughout the day. Please RSVP below so we can get a headcount for refreshments and can streamline the sign-in process on the day of the events.

COST:
A donation to cover materials ($20) is suggested but not required. You can donate in-person at the event or click here to donate online.
