The Science of Mattering is an interactive, relationship-building workshop that uses the THRIVE Resilience Model™, Worldmaker’s time-tested framework that helps people prepare for, adapt to and grow through adversity.
The Science of Mattering
Join us for this interactive workshop that provides practical ways to build trust, become a better listener and show young people and others that they matter!
You can learn strategies and tools to build strong relationships! Relationships are the #1 predictor of resilience – helping to increase happiness, reduce the risk of depression and anxiety, manage stress and improve physical health.
This workshop is designed to support community adults and older teens with an interest in supporting peer resilience building. All Allamakee County residents are welcome.
