HUMAN RESILIENCE
Learn to grow resilience
WHAT IS RESILIENCE?
Worldmaker defines resilience as the capacity to prepare for, adapt to and grow through adversity. The word capacity is important because resilience isn’t limited by one’s current ability, but rather based on skills and practices that can be learned.
START WHERE YOU ARE
Your organization or community can learn to grow resilience
Resilience is not something you have or don’t have. You can start where you are and learn skills that grow your strength and capacity to cope with adversity. And, you can learn how to help others grow resilience!
