Workshop Details

Did you know that people who know their strengths and use them to help others tend to feel more competent, happier, and purposeful? A thriving community is one that supports everyone to play to their strengths and welcomes their unique contributions.

Join us to learn how to foster meaningful contributions from others by helping them identify their strengths, find ways to plug in, and engage in shared decision making.
