It’s hard to believe how taking action from that “not on my watch” moment years ago when my community was senselessly losing young lives has propelled our Worldmaker team through hundreds of thousands of miles traveled and lives touched across the U.S. and around the world,

This is a testament to the power of starting where you are with what you have and taking action to pave a better way forward together.

At every step, from our community work to national and global collaboration, we have been fueled by the belief that if we ask smarter questions and are guided by both the research and our hearts in walking out the answers together, we will create more impactful solutions.

This has proven true across a broad array of social issues, including better supporting those who are addressing adverse childhood experiences, reducing the impacts of trauma in our military and first responders, and helping communities prepare for and respond to mass disruptions ranging from climate events to acts of terrorism.

It has been my greatest professional honor to be part of a team that brings such a formidable sense of purpose and vastness of experience to helping the helpers and working together to strengthen people throughout the world.

Thank you for joining us as we continue to learn and do better together.

Ever onward,

Mollie Marti, PhD, JD

Founder and CEO
